On November 14, 2011, Rosalind G. Brewer informed the Board of Directors of Molson Coors Brewing Company (the “Company”) that she intends to resign as a director, effective November 18, 2011, following over five years of service as a director of the Company.

Ms. Brewer’s resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
