ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On November 14, 2011 Colonial Commercial Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2011. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
