ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD.
On November 15-16, 2011, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”), including Terry Considine, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Ernie Freedman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Miles Cortez, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, will meet with investors and analysts at NAREIT’s Annual Convention 2011 being held in Dallas, Texas. During those meetings, Aimco representatives will distribute the attached presentation. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1
