Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 14, 2011, Swisher Hygiene Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
