Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 14, 2011, Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
