(b) On November 10, 2011, David Boleneus, a member of the Board of Directors of Bakken Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. The Company and Mr. Boleneus do not have any disagreements. The Company does not have any immediate plans to fill the vacant board seat.
