On November 14, 2011, First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 18500 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine, California, to be completed in the first quarter of 2012. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
