Item 7.01         Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 9, 2011, Epocrates, Inc. promoted Heather Gervais to the position of Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, effective immediately.  In addition, on November 9, 2011, Epocrates hired Adam Budish to serve as its Senior Vice President, Sales.  Mr. Budish’s employment with Epocrates will begin November 22, 2011.
