International Rectifier Corporation (the “Company”) plans to present an updated investor presentation at its 2011 Annual Meeting to be held at The Belamar Hotel, located at 3501 Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach, California 90266 on Friday, November 11, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. A copy of the presentation will be posted and available for viewing at the Company’s investor relations website at http://investor.irf.com that morning prior to the annual meeting.
