(b) Resignation of Executive Officer
On November 4, 2011, Eric M. Lynch informed Exopack Holding Corp. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective November 18, 2011. The Company intends to conduct a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
