Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On October 7, 2011, we terminated our contract dated May 18, 2011 with McNicoll, Lewis & Vlak LLC (“MLV”). Our main contact at MVL has left that firm and we have terminated our agreement and relationship with MLV with no further liabilities to either party.
