Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
November 7, 2011, Demand Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011. The full text of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
