(b) Effective November 1, 2011, Samuel H. Gray submitted his letter of resignation to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Air Methods Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Gray did not indicate any disagreement with the Company or the Board in connection with his resignation.
