Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 3, 2011, Bakers Footwear Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing net sales results for the quarter ended October 29, 2011. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
