Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 3, 2011, Geeknet, Inc. (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of its 2011 fiscal year, which ended September 30, 2011. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
