ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF PRINCIPAL OFFICER – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
On October 24, 2011 John M. Zilliken has resigned effective October 28, 2011 his position as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. John M. Zilliken resigned for personal reasons and has no disputes or disagreements with the Company. The Company has subsequently eliminated the position of Chief Operating Officer and created a new Vice President position , Vice President Passenger Services, which is currently unfilled.
