On November 3, 2011, CoBiz Financial Inc. issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Bruce Schroffel, President and Chief Executive Officer of University of Colorado Hospital, to its board of directors. Mr. Schroffel was elected by the board of directors on October 28, 2011.
