2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 3, 2011, AuthenTec, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011 and certain other information. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
