Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 31, 2011, Forest Oil Corporation issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing its financial condition and operational results for the third quarter 2011. The press release contains certain non-GAAP financial information. The reconciliation of such information to GAAP measures is included in the release.
