ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
PLANO, Texas, October 28, 2011 — ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VPFG), the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The cash dividend is payable on November 23, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 10, 2011.
