ON OCTOBER 27, 2011, THE REGISTRANT FILED A CURRENT REPORT ON FORM 8-K RELATING TO AMENDMENTS TO THE 2006 EQUITY INCENTIVE PLAN (THE “2006 PLAN”) AND CERTAIN OTHER COMPENSATION PLANS OF CANTEL MEDICAL CORP.
