On October 25, 2011, WGL Holdings, Inc. (WGL Holdings) announced its $30 million agreement with Skyline Innovations for the financing and deployment of commercial-scale solar water heating systems in key markets nationwide. A copy of WGL Holdings’ news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
