Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 27, 2011, PSB Holdings, Inc. issued a news release announcing net income of $1,394,000, or $.88 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, as compared to net income of $1,226,000, or $.78 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, and $.85 per diluted share on net income of $1,331,000 during the prior year September 2010 quarter. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.*
