Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 21, 2011, a revised tentative agreement between Pinnacle Airlines Corp.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. (“Pinnacle”), and the United Steel Workers AFL-CIO, the union representing Pinnacle’s flight attendants, was ratified. The agreement provides a five-year extension to the collective bargaining agreement that became amendable on Jan. 31, 2011. A copy of the related press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
