ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On October 27, 2011, eResearchTechnology, Inc. issued a press release reporting its results of
operations for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2011 and providing financial
guidance for both the fourth quarter of and fiscal 2011. A copy of that press release is furnished
herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
