(b) On October 20, 2011, Director Robert E. Brosky, chairman of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Lorain (Ohio), passed away. Mr. Brosky had served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati since 2003, and his current term expires December 31, 2012.
