(b) On October 13, 2011, Gregory McGreevey resigned his positions as executive vice president and chief investment officer of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. ("The Hartford") and president of Hartford Investment Management Company. Mr. McGreevey's resignation from The Hartford is effective October 28, 2011.
