Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
As of October 10, 2011, SciQuest, Inc. (the Company) entered into that certain Fifth Amendment to
Office Lease with Duke Realty Limited Partnership (the Fifth Amendment), which amended that
certain Office Lease, dated May 17, 2005, by and between the Company and Duke Realty Limited
Partnership. The Fifth Amendment increased the amount of leased space for the Companys
headquarters to approximately 53,000 square feet. The term for the additional space will extend
through January 31, 2017 and will be coterminous with the term for the Companys existing leased
space.
