On October 13, 2011, Evan L. Hart, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Mueller Water Products, Inc. (the “Company”), is scheduled to attend and present at the Deutsche Bank 19th Annual Leveraged Finance Conference. The conference is scheduled to take place in Scottsdale, Arizona.
A copy of the form of presentation that will be used by Mr. Hart at the conference is attached as Exhibit 99.1. The presentation will be accessible online through the Investors section of the Company’s website located at www.muellerwaterproducts.com.
