On October 12, 2011, Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated (the “Company” or “AATI”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on December 16, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. local time, at the offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., 650 Page Mill Road, Palo Alto, California 94304.

Additional Information and Where to Find It

Skyworks Solutions, Inc.
