Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 7, 2011, International Lease Finance Corporation, a California corporation (“ILFC”), issued a press release announcing the completion of the previously announced acquisition of AeroTurbine, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“AeroTurbine”). A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On October 7, 2011, ILFC completed the previously announced acquisition of AeroTurbine.
