Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 6, 2011, Cambium Education, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cambium Learning Group, Inc., completed the acquisition previously announced in the Current Report on Form 8-K dated September 21, 2011 of certain assets of Class.com for $4.5 million in cash.
