At its October 6, 2011 open meeting, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin ("PSCW") approved the rate proposal of Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Wisconsin Gas LLC as filed on May 26, 2011. Wisconsin Electric and Wisconsin Gas are subsidiaries of Wisconsin Energy Corporation.
