On October 1, 2011, Total System Services, Inc. (“Registrant”) and Capital One Financial Corporation (“Capital One”) amended the current Processing Services Agreement between the parties to, among other things, extend the term during which Registrant will continue to provide processing services for Capital One’s North American portfolio of consumer and small business credit card accounts until September 30, 2017.
