On October 5, 2011, Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it received unanimous approval from the Storey County Planning Commission in Nevada for a special use permit to further develop its exploration drilling within Storey County.
The press release relating to the approval of the special use permit is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
