Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 28, 2011, in connection with the previously announced proposed restructuring of the senior unsecured payment-in-kind (“PIK”) term loans due March 27, 2012 of our direct parent company, Travelport Holdings Limited (“Holdings”), Holdings distributed a second amendment to its Disclosure Statement for the Prepetition Solicitation of Votes with Respect to the Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization of Travelport Holdings Limited, dated September 21, 2011 (“Second Amendment to the Disclosure Statement”), including an amended plan of reorganization, to the PIK term loan holders. A copy of the Second Amendment to the Disclosure Statement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
