On September 20, 2011, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase” or the “Firm”) announced that Shannon S. Warren has been appointed as Corporate Controller (Principal Accounting Officer). Ms. Warren served as the Firm’s Deputy Controller since 2009. Prior to serving as Deputy Controller, Ms. Warren served as Director of Corporate Accounting Policy and Advisory since 2005. Ms. Warren, 41, joined JPMorgan Chase in 2000.
Louis Rauchenberger, formerly Corporate Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of the Firm, has been appointed Chief Administrative Officer of Treasury & Securities Services effective September 20, 2011.
