Other Events.
On September 22, 2011, Public Service Company of New Hampshire issued a news release announcing that the Company has scheduled operational testing of the Clean Air Project at the Company’s Merrimack Station. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
