On September 22, 2011 Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. and Neal Yanofsky, Dunkin’ Brands International President, reached a mutual agreement that Mr. Yanofsky will be leaving the Company effective immediately.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Yanofsky’s departure is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
