Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 20, 2011, Golden Grain Energy, LLC notified us that it had designated Leslie Hansen as its appointed director pursuant to Section 5.3(f) of our Operating Agreement. Leslie Hansen has previously represented Golden Grain Energy, LLC on our board of directors. Leslie Hansen replaces Ron Pumphrey as Golden Grain Energy, LLC's appointed director.
