On September 21, 2011, Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Yossi Maimon, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Jefferies 2011 Global Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 11:20 AM BST at the Waldorf Hilton in London. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
