On September 21, 2011, Norman L. Frohreich, President and CEO of FullCircle Registry, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that FullCircle Entertainment, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Basham Boutwell Miller Gehr Assoc., Inc. to acquire a twelve screen movie theatre complex known as the “Movie Palace,” which is located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
