This Form 8-K/A amends and supplements the registrant’s Form 8-K/A, as filed on July 15, 2011,
to update the historical financial statements and pro forma financial information required by Item
9.01(a) and (b).

The Long Beach Hotel Properties, LLC consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2011 and
December 31, 2010 and for the three months ended March 31, 2011 and 2010 is attached as Exhibit
