Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.

On September 13, 2011, Samson Oil & Gas Limited issued a press release announcing financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 and that it had concurrently filed its Annual Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 with the Australian Securities Exchange and its Annual Report on Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. A copy of the ASX Annual Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
