Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory

Item 5.02

Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 8, 2011, we accepted the resignation of our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Board member Eric Boyer.  

There were no disagreements between Mr. Boyer and our company or our company’s board of directors on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.   Mr. Boyer cited his desire to pursue an exclusive opportunities within the television broadcasting industry.

A copy Mr. Boyer’s letter of resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 17.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.

Following Mr. Boyer’s resignation, Island Radio’s sole remaining officer and director, Nina Edstrom, assumed the additional roles of President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman.  Ms. Edstrom is now Island Radio’s sole officer and director.
