In connection with Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-Q/A to the Quarterly Report of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”) on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2011, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Report”), I, Thomas S. Gifford, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company, do hereby certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §1350, as adopted pursuant to §906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that to my knowledge:
