Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 8, 2011, Ark Restaurants Corp. announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on October 3, 2011 to shareholders of record on September 20, 2011. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
