Item 8.01 – Other Events
On September 6, 2011, FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s chief executive officer will make a presentation at the Wedbush Securities 2011 Clean Technology & Industrial Growth Management Conference on Thursday, September 15, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time at the Westin San Francisco. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
