Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure

         World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on October 7, 2011 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
