EXPLANATORY NOTE
 
This Amendment No. 1 to the Form 10-Q Quarterly Report (the "Amendment") amends the Form 10-Q Quarterly Report of Suspect Detection Systems, Inc. (the "Company") for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 22, 2011 (the "Original Form 10-Q"). The sole purpose of this Amendment is to furnish the interactive data files that comprise Exhibit 101. The Amendment revises the exhibit index included in Part II, Item 6 of the Original Form 10-Q and includes files relevant to Exhibit 101. Exhibit 101 consists of the following materials from the Company’s Form 10-Q, formatted in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language):
